Even when that body has aged and that face has wrinkled, as all bodies and faces do, he’ll continue to fascinate us.
When he’s fifty and graying, we’ll still find him insanely sexy. When he’s sixty and playing fathers to 22 year old starlets, he’ll still be compelling. When he’s seventy and picks up another BAFTA, we will be proud that we saw his early days as an actor, already a bright light even then.
And when he’s eighty, he’ll inhabit a role that will stun us all into glorious silence, and he’ll pick up an Oscar, and make a stirring acceptance speech.
And we’ll look at our grandkids and say, You know, back in my day, this guy was the shit.
And he still is.”
